| The wine has been fermented in oak barrel.
Color: Straw yellow.
Nose: Mature apple, mature honey melon, spices, some wood, vanilla, some carnations.
Palate: Medium to full bodied, good concentration, mature fruit, good balancing acidity, quite a lot of toasted oak but in good balance. Buttery taste, medium to long finish.
Foodmatch: Rich dishes of seafood, either grilled or with a lot of cream. Chicken and turkey.
Cellaring: 0-1 year.
Very good value, with a little too much oak for some, but I like it very much. 21 usd | |
