Color: Dark red-blue-black, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Black cherry, nougat, licorice, some green pepper and cedar, oak.
Palate: Full bodied, elegant fruit as above, consentrated, good structure and balance, tannins fine, long quite dry finish.
Foodmatch: Red meats, fat cheese.
Cellaring: 3-10 years.
