Color: light yellow with some green, good intensity.
Nose: Very distinct Sauvignon blanc, with lemon, gooseberry, and some minerals
Palate: Light bodied+, very fresh fruit of lemon and the same gooseberries, some green leaves of black currant in the finish. Very good balance and acidity.
Foodmatch: Allround seafood and salads.
Cellaring: Drink now.
Good fresh wine.
