Nose: Apple and lime, minerlas.

Palate: Medium bodied, very concentrated fruit, good slightly oily texture, long crispy nice finish, slightly bitter as Grüner Veltliner can be, like Chardonnay from cool climates.

Foodmatch: Allround seafood, chicken, turkey.

Cellaring: 0-5 years?
