| Grapes: 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc.
Color: intens red-blue, medium depth+.
Nose: Very juicy fruit of sweet-sour forest berries, blueberry, some vanilla and oak, some earth.
Palate: Medium bodied, very consentrated fruit as above, very elegant wine with good balance and structure, tannins smooth and fine. Long fruity finish.
Foodmatch: Fowl, duck, game that is not to strong taste, red meats. Cheese.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
Very delicat and elegant wine. | |
