Color: Light yellow with some pink, low depth, medium intensity.
Nose: Red garden berries, weak of autolysis, minerals.
Palate: Medium bodied, very juicy fruit of wild strawberry, good consentration, balance and acidity, very nive mousse with small bubbles, long fresh finish.
Foodmatch: Allround, paté.
Cellaring: Drink now.
