A sweet dessert wine from Loire and the Chaume district.

Grapes: CHENIN BLANC

Color: Light green with some yellow.

Nose: Sweet yellow apple, gooseberry, ruburb.

Palate: Medium bodied, ok concentration, good balance, ok acidity, medium long finish. Sweet.

Foodmatch: Fruit sallads. Mature cheese.

Cellaring: 0-10 years. Think it will be much better in ten years.

Ok wine, but expensive. I was a little disepointed. Lacks a little aromas and tastes more like slightly flavoured sugarwater. Neutral
