| Color: Dark violet-black-red, very deep. Nose: A lot of black cherry, black plum, dark berries, tar, vanilla, some oak. Palate: Big body, rich and fully extracted fruit with some sweetness, good concentration and balance, a lot of tannins but fine, some dry oak but all in a perfect balance, firm finish. Foodmatch: game, grill. Cellaring: 0-15 years. I would cellar this, a little closed now, has big potential.    | |
