A very very young red wine from Chile. The best grapes from Concha y Toro are used in this old world style of wine. A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauv. , 25% Carmenere, and 10 % Syrah. Young but meaty, lively but lush, this wine was almost black, not a lot of oak. Peppery and full bodied. Becoming my house wine at nine dollars a bottle. This wine screams ," Serve me with red meat".

This post is great Jerry, very informative.
I would also serve this with grilled red meat. Maybe with grilled Paprika?? We do not have this wine in Norway at this point.
