Palate: Full bodied for a rosewine, good structure and balance, good concentration, long firm finish. Slightly bitter. Foodmatch: Grilled white meat. Cellaring: Drink now or within one year. Very good powerful and rich rose wine, careful with the bitterness to food like salads with raw vegetables.  | |
