Grapes: 100% TEMPRANILLO
Color: Deep dark red-black, violet rim.
Nose: Sweet reduced beef stock, gently toasted oak, carnation flowers, vanilla, mushrooms, bark, mature black plum, sweet tobacco, dried fruit like prune. Herbs.
Palate: Full bodied, good concentration, soft and very good balanced, good structure, the tannins are distinct but fine, very nice firm and smooth finish. Long with the dried fruit, oak and acidity lasting a loooooooooooong time.
Foodmatch: Lamb, game, grilled red meat.
Cellaring: 0-15 years.

Very good this vintage for the Haza, everything in super balance.
