| Produced in the traditional way with second fermentation in the bottle. 18 months "sur-lie" in the bottle. Color: Straw yellow, low depth, good intensity. Nose: Weak of freshly baked bread, humus, very weak of baked apple and sitrus, some coffee. Palate: Medium bodied, follows the smell, medium consentration, but good acidity and balance, very pleasant mousse with small bubbles, medium long fresh finish. Foodmatch: Shellfish, lobster in particular, boiled fish, chicken, salads and eggdishes. Cellaring: Drink now. Good value and pleasant wine. 9 usd. | |
