Nose: Yellow plum, almonds, Grapoefruit, toasted oak.
Palate: Medium bodied, same fruit as nose, nicely oaked, quite bitter finish.
Foodmatch: Seafood and white meat dishes with cream or fat against the bitterness.
Cellaring: Drink now.
Ok but too bitter finish. | |
