Nose: Aromatic of mature or baked apple, toast, minerals, white pepper.
Palate: Full bodied, good concentration, slightly oily, good balance, not too much acidity but enough, rich finish.
Foodmatch: Fried or grilled white meat. Smoked Cheese.
Cellaring: 0-2 Years.
