| Cerea Langhe means hello Langhe.
Grapes: 80% Dolcetto, 20% Barbera.
Color: Dark red with blue, medium depth, good intensity.
Nose: Young, but ripe black cherry, some almonds, very clean aromas.
Palate: Medium bodied, very juicy consentrated fruit of black cherry, maybe some red currant and almonds, very good acidity, long fruity fresh finish, some bitterness.
Foodmatch: Allround white and red meats.
Cellaring: 0-5 years. I like it now because of the super acidity.
