Color: Light strawyellow.
Nose: Apple lime, minerals, flint, smoke.
Palate: Medium bodied, good concentration, good balance and acidity, a lot of powerful smoky minerals
Foodmatch: Rich fried or grilled seafood and white meat.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.

I think this wine will be much better with aging 5 years more.
