Grapes: 60% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre
Color: blue-red, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Intens fruit of blackberry, hvite pepper, ink, herbes (garrgain), liqorice and black olives and some oak. Distinct Syrah carachter.
Palate: Medium bodied, Consentrated fruit of forest berries that is maturing, some white pepper, liqorice, olive, good structure, long fresh finish.
Foodmatch: Lamb Provence, rich white meat dishes.
Cellaring: Drink now.
Good wine, nice price, 18 USD in Norway.
