| Color: Dark red with blue, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Forrestberries, some earth, pepper and other spices, leather.
Palate: Full bodied, very juicy fruit, good balance, quite high acidity and balancing tannins, long spicy finish.
Foodmatch: Fat dishes of red meat, game.
Cellaring: 0 to 4 years.
Wine with high acidity, but I like that. | |
