Nose: Quite elegant of red and dark berries, earth, some meat, herbs, and oak.
Palate: Medium bodied, juicy fruit, good firm structure, soft and round , medium long finish.
Foodmatch: Great with fried or grilled white and red meat, maybe a fat sauce.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
Good wine, typical eastside, I would store it 3-4 years before consume. | |
