Nose: Quite elegant and complex, fresh fruit and spices.
Palate: Full bodied, quite powerful wine with a distinct structure but in balance, firm finish.
Foodmatch: Needs red meat, grilled or with a fat sauce.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
I would probably store it for 5 years before drinking, or with a heavy fat dish. | |
