Color: Dark ruby red, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Very delicate aromas of sweet and warm berry fruit, warm earth, plums and cedar.
Palate: Full bodied, very rich concentrated fruit as above, very good balance, soft tannins and medium acidity, long warm finish.
Foodmatch: What about a deer?!!!
Cellaring: 0-10 years. Will improve a lot.

Super wine
