Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot. I believe the grapes are from Entre-Deux-Mers.
Color: Dark red-blue-black, good depth and intensity.
Nose: Sweet-sour dark forest berries, some black currant. vanilla, coffee, noble oak, spices, some pencil, some cedar, tobacco, pine or eucalyptus.
Palate: Medium bodied, very delicate ripe fruit, soft, good consentration, good structure and balance, tannins distinct but quite fine, long firm powerful finish.
Foodmatch: Allround rich red meat dishes and game.
Cellaring: 0-10 years.
