| Grapes: 55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. Color: Dark violet, good depth and intensity. Nose: As strange as it sounds it has a young fruit of ripe red and dark berries, green leaves, stalkyness, earth, some caramel, spices, something cool like eucalyptus, leather and oak. Palate: Very young. medium bodied, very nice juicy fruit of forest berries, very good structure, high acidity, tannins quite fine, long firm finish, but very green style, stalkyness. Foodmatch: Red meats. Cellaring: 5-10 years. Good value if you like the classic Medoc wines, the green wines with some stalkyness. 149 nkr. | |
